MATTRESS WARRENTY INSPECTOR NEEDED FOR THE MANCHESTER, NH MARKET AREA.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED...WILL TRAIN.

Schedule your own appointments..no cold calls, no selling.

Will need computer with high speed internet, digital camera and a

The minimum inspection fee is ten dollars.

Direct Loss Control is seeking experienced Commercial Loss Control
Inspector's for the following areas. Butte MT and McAllen TX.
Inspectors should be able to work independently with limited
supervision with an ability to meet client deadlines, set appointments
and communicate effectively with the client and office.

Inspections REQUIRE appointments. Most inspections are apartment
complexes, small buildings with some mercantile and habitational
exposure. Inspections pay $50.00-$150.00 flat fee depending on location.

in Winnemucca, NV. The property is multi-family. The forms are
provided and there are 30 photos required. Qualifications include
certification by the MBA, REAC certified, NACHI inspector, ASHI
inspector or extensive experience in construction and/or architecture.

Yeah, they do not have much in my area. The merchant site inspections are quick and easy and pay anywhere from 25-40. I used to work for www.nvms.com and could do 10-15 a day when things were
slow.

I get the same emails every day. I go to the websites and see if I can sign up with thier companies any way. If there is no application or registration then I sen an email. It is paying off for me. I have had several responses for companies looking for inspectors in my area. I am now doing an 8-5 training class in Chico for a company that FEMA contracts with to find inspectors and contractors. They pay your traveling expense and hotel expense if at a long distance and you have to pay your eats. They give you a digital camera and hand held laptop to use while at the disaster site. You may travel all over., But we have enough disater around hear every once in awhile. I will travel though if needed. They pay very well.

WE ALL KNOW WHO FEMA IS!!!! Now I hope I can pass the training this week.

When I took the class the company I took it from was Parr and they told us that they
would pay to fly us to the disaster or mileage if you drive. But hotel and car rental
expenses were not paid. Sometimes you would get feed by the Red Cross but anything else you were on your own for expense. You only get $50 per inspection but in a disaster area, you can easily do a lot in one day. One guy did his interviews for a nursing home and did 60 that day. It is possible to make good money but they told us you have to pay for your own hotel and sometimes there were no hotel rooms for 100 miles and car rentals were hard to find. They did put up inspectors in tents for Katrina. Also you need a way to charge batteries for camera's and computer equipment. They do provide the computer, it's a panasonic toughbook

I am FEMA Certified also through Parr. They only pay travel expenes NOT Hotel unless they have changed that. In Katrina Fema did provide tents for the inspectors.

How does one get to be fema certified? Do you have to be a home inspector?

No, I got my certification through Parr http://www.parrinspections.com/default.asp

They have training all over the country.

I went to Texas for my first class and Brunswick, Ga for my advanced training. You have to be able to pass the test, so you do need to
know something about construction and building terms,

Florida classes fill up fast, so I was unable to signup for training in my own town.
