Anyone know anything about this one? I have my first signing for them tomorrow. I had my first today for Equity National Title and Closing Service. Anyone know anything about them? They seemed very nice and very thorough and both of them met my fee with no questions asked. Any input would be appreciated.

I have worked for Negrets Notary Service for the Philadelphia area and they are very friendly and personable. They pay slow, but they pay.

I worked for Negrete's once a long time ago I had no problems, but never heard of Equity National Title though.

Tony and the girls are nothing less than awesome!!!! They were one of the first companies I signed up with. Tony gave me some guidance on things I missed. They are definately one of my top three favorites!!!

I have worked for Tony many times! He is not the 'stereo-typical' signing service. Tony and Chantal are accessible if you have questions. Payments are usually within 2 weeks. I only accept orders from title and lenders with me on the HUD these days, same philophy as Scott, same reasons. However, If Tony or Chantal call me I will take their calls and do the signing! If all ss were like him we wouldn't need these boards to warn each other about the non-payers, low-payers and scum that pray on us.

I work for Equity all the time. They are one of my favorites! They pay well and in a timely manner(sometimes under two weeks) as long as you don't forget to invoice them, which I did once! My bad! They can be a little last minute sometimes, but they are usually willing to pay for it! As for Negretes, I have talked to Tony once but was unavailable for the signing he had. Everything I read about him on the other sites everyone seems to enjoy working for him! Best of luck, Lisa

I have done a number of signings for Tony over the past 2 years and can say, without equivocation, that they are one of the most "signing agent friendly" companies in the business. Always pay and consider the agents as friends. You won't be disappointed. IMO, Richard

They are really great and Tony is on top of everything. You won't have any problems with them. I did one yesterday for them as a matter of fact. Because I had so many yesterday and got home late, Tony even filled out my completetion report this morning...
