How is everyone's end of the month going?

Well, today is good. I only have one for tomorrow so far, although it is still early here in Hawaii. Hopefully I will get a couple more for tomorrow or it will have been a pretty slow end of month.

So far I have been blessed and the companies I work for pay on time.Since I started 2 years I have only been burned by SOX, and Express Financial.

Well, it got better. Yesterday I ended up with 5 signings...of course at the last minute...but it ended up ok....One was from Notary Bay, but they had the wrong Hawaiian Island! =-)

Yesterday, I had 5 signings and 1 last minute call at 8:00pm which I declined. I had 3 other signings earlier during the week and several last minute general notarization jobs. I like the last minute because I can get a higher price for my service. What I learned this week is contractor's who go after government bids, proposal's must be notarized. There is an organization here which provide free seminars on bidding on city, state, etc. contracts. I will be attending the next one with lots of cards on hand.

I only did 21 closings this month and I have 3 scheduled for next week not to mention that fact that I had to turn down about 10 so over all the business is still slow here.
