Well, add another low-baller to the list. I received an email from Signing Carolina. They are reducing their rates to - get this $50.00 for overnight and an extra $25.00 for edocs. They are willing to negotiate the rate if the closing is over 30 miles away. They use to pay over $125 for edocs. I hit the delete button instead of requesting that my name be taken off of their call list.
