I would consider going to the settlement agent and loan officer. Make sure the loan funded.

I am surprised that Doc Pros is on your list. I have done many signings for them and have not had problems getting paid.

Amy; I am surprised that Loan closers inc. is on your list. I have done a few (although none in about a year) for them and have had no problems. I do know that they request you send then a monthly invoice (They provide a generic copy) at the end of the month that would list the date name and tracking # and I believe their order number. I have a copy of this if you want to attempt to reconstruct the ones you were not paid for and try to recover the fees. If you want the form email me privately and I will send it to you. I may even be able to assist if you would like me to.

I have been trying to get Secure Singings Inc. to pay me since May. SSI has not responded to e-mail, phone calls or certified mail. Has anyone done business with them? Are they still in business? Their web site is now "under construction". I have been very blessed and this is the first time I have been stuck with non-payment. Is this($200) worth going to a collection agency?

Ive been accumalting a list of non paying companies. I check that list before accepting a closing now. Im so tired of working for free for these jerks.

I did several closings for H.L.King and Associates (Lynn King) and had to threaten with legal action to get paid. I finally got paid but the woman had the nerve to charge me for overnighting the check! Unbelievable!

It is only my opinion but, Do not do business with this company
