I have been a notary and signing agent since January 2005. I was a loan officer for five years. I have experience with, first, second, reverse mortgages, helocs, va loans, and purchases. Even though I have completed over 300 signings. I find that each signing presents a different challenge whether it be the signing/title company or the borrower and I have to say I love that challenge and the freedom this business brings.

Best/Craziest Notary Story

I have so many stories I dont know if I can think of one but I did have one borrower curse me out because he didnt think he was getting enough money back from his refi. The guy was just going off of me and the loan officer. Anyway he refused to sign. When I left the "gentleman's" house the loan officer's manager called me and begged me go back to the guys house because he got him to calm down. I called the signing company and told her what happened. Since it was late at night she had no one else to go out there so I went back as long as she promised to send me all her business. The funny part was when I got back to the guys house he was a totally different person. Its like he had split personalities or something. The guy was very nice when I went back. The happy ending to the story was that the guy signed and the Signing Company started sending me all her business.
