- Best/Craziest Notary Story
- I haven't had anything extremely crazy, just some dirty, smelly houses. Once I had to notarize while sitting on a chairs outside in front of the borrower's home. I assume she didn't want to go inside because it was a mess and she had pets (the outside didn't look that great). Good thing I had a clip board in my car as it made signing almost a hundred pages with no table a "little" easier.

The other strange request I had was that the borrower wanted to sign the papers in my car because he didn't want his family to know what he was doing. I politely told him that wasn't possible so went inside and he directed his family to stay in the other room.
If he would have thought about this earlier we could have met at McDonalds or something but I was not about to sit in my car and sign documents.
