I think I would call LAOS to see if the signing was closed out by LAOS. apparantly that is what happened to my closing. it wasn't closed out by anyone at LAOS, so I didn't get a check until this was brought to their attention. I have also been paid…
I would call land america one stop and see if they have closed out the closing you did for them. that is apparantly what happened to my closing.
good news for me. rec'd my check for 2/11/09 signing on 4/13/09. took 60 days but I cashed it at the bank.
I add my complaint to the list. I have been trying to get paid since Aug 2008 for a signing in Nogales--80 mile trip. I would have settled for the price of gasoline. I will write to state and government officials about this.
