Hey, thats an excellent idea. I am in the state of Florida. I wonder if the procedure is the same or similar here. Im going to make it my business to check into it right away. Hopefully I will find some extra work in this area. Thanks for the heads up.

Im a mobile notary in the Miami Florida area. My coverage areas include Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Im available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Ive been a Certified Signing Agent for about 2 years now. Most of my experience is refinancing, equity lines of credit, first and second mortgages, and reverse mortgages. I am eager to learn new things.

Best/Craziest Notary Story

Oh My God!!!! I did a signing a few weeks ago the family had running around in thier home, 7 cats, 3 dogs, 2 ferrets, 3 snakes (in a tank) and 4 birds. I was eaten alive by fleas. The borrowes consumed 5 cans of budwiser before the signing was done. Let me just say that was some experience I hope never to have again.
