Hi Susan,
The BBB won't do anything to help you collect your fees from SOX. They already have an "F" rating and you'll see they don't respond to complaints filed against them.
Check with your local small claims court for the necessary forms to file…
Hi Jim- Thanks for responding- I have not worked for Sox since 2007... I filed a complaint against them with the BBB in CA, and they asked me to refax the invoice so I could get paid- which I never did and I was promised to get my money owed to me..…

- You'd probably have to get another fingerprint card and background check done....I'm pessimistic when it comes to these things, though....just check with your local county courthouse for the procedures to becoming a Process Server.
