Best/Craziest Notary Story

Went to an 8:00 PM signing about 30 miles from my place. I arrived in the area only to discover that I could not see the addresses in the dark because the houses did not have addresses on them. I stoped at a neighbors, not knowing if I was close or not. Luckaly they new my clients and told me which house was theirs. I knocked on the door at 8:30 and no one was home. Because I was 30 miles from home I waited for 45 minutes. When they arrived they wanted to know what took me so lonh.
They did sign and thr loan closed.
