Okay, let's get some feedback on this, it has happened to all of us. 
I received a call two days ago, on Christmas Eve, asking if I could do a closing on the 26th at 6:00 p.m.
I have done closings for this lady before, always on the up and up. On the ball with docs and payments. She informed me she would be in the office on the 26th

I will not name the county but I had the following experience:
I met a couple at her place of employment to notarize a loan package.
She kept looking at my seal, it is a rubber stamp, round imprint in blue ink. It meets the State of Tennessee Law.
