Hello. I have been a full time mobile notary signing agent for over four years and have now performed over twelve hundred (1200) signings! I always maintain a professional attitude with all of the escrow/title/signing companies that I work with. I go out of my way to ensure a smooth closing for all parties involved. I am always looking for new and creative ways to expand the services I offer as a full time professional notary. I am certified to do off site automobile registration closings and have also been a wedding officiate! Best/Craziest Notary Story

I will give you the cliff notes version. I received a call for a closing and the person calling me advised me that I would have to show my ID to the woman when I arrived. That was not an unusual request. However, when I called to set up the closing time the borrower grilled me like I was a prisoner at Guantanamo!!! Finally, I arrived at the closing and about 10 or 15 minutes into it the borrower noticed some numbers that were not to her liking so she grabbed the documents and told me to get out. When I attempted to get the documents back from her, she said no and threatened to "kick my a#@$." Needless to say, I left the documents and got out of there. I earned my trip fee (more like battle pay) for that closing!
