I think a big key is to find some other closers near by to where you live,... not too close mind you but close enough that you can network with them and help each other out, you help them when they get closings in your area and they help you if you get one near them, it will increase both of your businesses by expanding your coverage area, i have a good 7 to 8 notaries that i can trust that live within 2 hours of my house that when i get swamped , i pass some along. call all your local title companies and offer " end of the month" help. when they get busy ,.you are there to help , and when they are not busy ,... you are not there, kind of a here when you need us. gone when you dont. good luck, there is alot of work out there, don't hesitate to call with questions you can call anytime 708-516-3100 chris

Yes this works out rather well for those of us with younger children. Even though sometimes I feel like my business is running me, instead of me running it! LOL I don't know about you but June has been a very busy month for me. I've had to work very hard to keep the "greed monster" in check and not overbook. Kind of defeats the purpose if she still winds up at the sitters cuz I took three closing at the same time! Chat with you soon, oh
