finding new business opportunities
I am fairly new to this and have be doing only e-doc closings. If any one can share there experiences of approching title co's, nursing homes, etc. in order for them to consider calling you when a notary may be needed would be extremely helpful to me. Thanks everyone!! Joan

You're welcome for the invite! Now as far as the vending thing goes, it brings in extra funds but I will admit that I'm getting rather tired of it.
I have 2 large machines that dispense snacks and can drinks, and 50 of those machines that dispense a handful of candy for a .25.
I purchased an existing route from someone who relocated to CA and she only had 20 of the smaller machines placed. I've only placed additional 5 on my own thus far.
I would not recommend going out and buying new machines. If you are serious about getting in to it, I would try searching Craigslist for your area and see if anyone is selling an existing route because placing them can be a real pain.
Do not get into the the many sales pitches out there from large companies claiming they will place the machines if you purchase from them. It's a huge rip off and costs $$$$$$$.
