I do not raise prices because they are in prison. Normally, the procedure itself, passing things through windows, getting a witness there, etc. Having the officer standy by, etc. It just depends on what I am doing.
My fee is only $10 per signature...
The warden calls you for business.
I have been told in So. California that they cannot refer business and the inmates have to find there own people.
