- Had a signing for ex- husband and wife. Wife still had the house but was having husband removed from the deed. Went to the wife house she called the husband he said come to his new house so we did. Mind you this is a new house, new wife, and new baby. Get there they were arguing she was calling his new baby names throwing things around the house while I am trying to explain the docs.

- Hi Kim......Being a former bailiff of the Imperial County Superior Court of the State of California for almost 9 years, I have really good contacts with several attorneys and about 4 judges. Fortunately, the letters I have written to 'slow paying' or 'no-pay' signing companies have worked. The only one I had a real problem with was the "infamous" Signatures Plus and with them I had to file a small claims action to get what they owed me. I appreciate your suggestion very much! Oh, and by the way "thank you" for adding me as your friend. The pleasure is all mine. If anything else comes up I will definitely look to my friends for sound advise. Thanks again, Ron
