Best/Craziest Notary Story
When I notarized a refinance in a house that was worth over 3 million dollars with the front yard being San Francisco Bay. I was there all day and the water changed colors as the sun moved over from morning to late afternoon. It was really beautiful. My job has afforded me to see places I would never have thought to visit and I have met wonderful people that I will always remember.

I had just turned 40 when I found out my daughter was pregnant with Lindsey. It's nice being a young granny. That way you can sort of keep up with them. My mama was 45 when she adopted me and I don't know how she did it. Dancing, baton, piano lessons, brownies and running me all over town.

Hi mel,

Thanks for commenting back. I am brand new to being a notary so I am looking to network with other notaries. I hope to be self employed one day. Any tips on how to start getting more closings?

Hello Mel. Happy Sunday!! I have my mortgage with Countrywide, so I wonder what the change will mean? Maybe I can refi now and get some equity back LOL!! As far as doing Countrywide loans, they were never my favorite either. All the faxing was a royal pain and many of the loans required splitting and sending to two separate addresses. All of which we never got paid extra to do!! Well, have a great day. As far as the e-book, check it out. I am implementing many of the ideas on a site I am building and it should help me with my notary business or whatever other streams of income I decide to get involved with. Keep in touch. Have a great week and a great 2008!! See ya.

Hello Mel!! Welcome to my friends list here on the Mobile Notary Network!! How's business out there in California?? It is sloooooooooowwww here!! I have been researching all kinds of other ways to earn additional income. Any ideas?? I am getting ready to build my own website and offer some affiliate advertising, etc. Have you ever considered network marketing or MLM? Regardless of your experience, click on this link and download this FREE e-book. It has been very helpful to me with all aspects of being self-employed. Good luck. Keep in touch. Happy 2008!!!

Yeh, my Dad said there was a really bad storm there a few days ago too. Very high winds and rain.
I like where he lives, but it is a bit snooty for me. I call it the "gated, gated" community. =-)
Maui is nice, just VERY expensive. You think the Bay Area is bad...come here. I love the pace though and don't think I will ever go and live in Cali again...just visit =-)
If you are ever in Maui let me know!

Thanks for the comment. We have lots of real flowers here. =-)
I am from the Bay Area originally. I lived on the Peninsula and most of my family still does. I worked in mortgages there before I came to Maui.
My father lives in Danville, Black Hawk, not too far from you I don't think!
I came here on vacation 10 years ago and never left!
I enjoy hearing from you. ALOHA!
