Hi Cynthia thanks so much for your input. I have a little busy lately. Just had a closing on Monday evening through Closing Masters out of N.J. Well, the docs were incorrect for the loan amount ect... so no close and I will only hopefully if they pay me $50.00 which includes E-Docs and Trip fee a little bummed about that I do not think I will be taking any more jobs from them. It was like pulling teeth to get more than $25.00!
I hope you are doing better.
Good Luck

How would you like to show every client you close how to be mortgage FREE and get paid to do it. I will pay you $300 for every referral that results in a sale or you can become an agent directly and earn $900 each. Your choice! Watch the video tour at http://www.EzMortgageBiz.com and see for yourself. Remember, every time you close a loan "YOU are in the right place at the right time"...Your first and who would not want to hear how they can pay off a mortgage in about 1/3 the time.

Questions: Call me at 856-384-0440

Thanks for your time. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

I also lived in Encinitas for 12 years before I moved 9 years ago. I miss CA but I love the NW it's beautiful here and yes it does rain but the pay off is wonderful. I'm still amazed at the changing of the seasons and I have lived here for almost seven years now.

I was just reading your profile and you service the area where i grew up. We lived in SB and Riverside and Rialto...when we lived there I went to Arrowhead Elem.becasue there wasn't an elem school in SB at the time. So we are talking a very long long time ago. How long have you lived in the area?

Best/Craziest Notary Story
I had to think awhile before I could remember the craziest notary experience that I have ever had. Most of my experiences have been extremely positive - except for this notarization. Well, I should have guessed there would be a problem when I arrived at the client's home and he had a beer in his hand at 9:30 am in the morning. We were about half-way through the signing and his wife arrived home from work. She looked over the documents and proceeded to curse him out! Uh yeah, literally - four-letter words and all. I sat there stunned for about 5-10 minutes and then I politely interrupted them to ask - should I leave? Evidently, this was their normal interaction with each other. She finished cursing him and calling him a drunk and signed the paperwork. In the end, they both thanked me and she invited me to visit her at the local casino. Go figure.

Practice Safety Notaries

I had not given much thought to matters of safety as I traveled from various locations performing my duties of a Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public. I live in a relatively, friendly low crime area. Usually, the process goes like this - I receive a call from a signing or title company to perform a loan closing. When I arrive at the home, I am often greeted by an anxious,
