One of my closings was late one evening out west of town. The couple owned their own restaurant and didn't get in till after 7:30 p.m., so I agreed to come out. The husband was an ex Realtor and wanted to read every single document before signing! Then refused to sign because he wanted a few changes, I called the title company whom agreed to the changes and wanted me to come back the following day after the changes were made.

I did, unfortunately for me the following evening one of his sons friends were at the house and when he left decided to take part of my bumper with him, on my two month old car. He was afraid and swore to pay for the damage, we exchanged information and here it is two years later never to resolve the issue after several calls and letters. But I had asked before he left if he wanted me to move the car, he said no I got it, I have plenty of room.
